Embroidery is a technique that uses a computerised sewing machine to sew a badge or logo onto a garment. This method produces a high-quality, long-lasting finish that is suitable for club badges and small logos on clothing items such as chests, sleeves, or trouser legs.

In order to embroider your badge, we need to convert the file into a .dst format that can be read by the embroidery machine. This process, known as digitisation, incurs a one-time charge of £20.00 to set up your badge. Once your badge is set up, the standard price for embroidery is £4.00, although this may vary depending on the size and quantity.

Before we begin embroidering your badge, we will send you a visual run-off for your approval. At this stage, you can make any necessary changes to ensure that the badge looks exactly as you want it to. Once you have signed off on the design, we will proceed with embroidering your badges onto your garments.

Embroidery offers several advantages: it produces a long-lasting and high-quality finish, and it can be used on a wide range of products. Because it is done with thread, embroidery can withstand daily wear and washing, and it often outlasts the garment it is sewn onto when cared for properly. In contrast to other customization methods, embroidery can be used on items such as fleeces, hats, and caps where printing is not an option.

Vinyl Printing

Vinyl printing is an effective way to add custom designs to your garments. This process involves cutting and weeding vinyl to create a clear and vibrant finish that is suitable for a range of customizations such as names, numbers, initials, text, and sponsor logos.

To print vinyl, we need your logo to be in a vector format like .ai, .pdf, or .eps. This allows our machine to print and cut the outline of the logo into the vinyl, which is then weeded into the correct shape and heat-pressed onto the garment. If you don't have a vector file, we can redraw your logo for £20.00 – just send us the best version you have and we'll handle the rest.
